Producing high quality, vibrant garments or merchandise does not have to cost the earth, in both senses of the meaning. This short article discusses the processes we use to create our sustainable products and the impact your choice has made.
Print Eco’s Sustainability
It is an easy assumption to make that choosing eco-friendly printing methods may compromise on quality and come at a high price, but we are here to assure you that it does not.
When you place an order with PrintEco, you will be playing your part in helping the environment. We avoid the use of plastic in our packaging, and we will make a donation to a charity (related to the arts or environment) for every order placed. Your order not only results in a sustainable high-quality product, but also does a huge amount of good for the environment!
Our Sustainable Printing Methods
In order to create sustainable products, the techniques and methods which create them should also be sustainable. We use the following printing methods because of their effectiveness and eco-friendly nature:
Direct to Garment Printing is where we print directly onto the garment material. Our DTG inks are all water-based and it offers a long-lasting print quality. It can also accommodate a wide array of colours.
We use water-based inks in our Screen Printing process, which are much more eco-friendly than the standard plastisol ink. The garment will also be softer due to the absence of large chemicals.
Our sustainable threads do not contain any harmful substances and there is very little waste! Embroidery results in a professional, high quality and durable design and it gives you the options of wide varieties of colours too!
