PrintEco recently completed a large order for the GBSLEP ( Greater Birmingham & Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership ) . It was a great success and we thought we would share the process so you can see how efficiently we work and how we could provide your business with personalized printed garments or stationery.
The initial brief comes in requesting eco friendly pens. PrintEco verifies a number of factors to make the process streamlined and to avoid errors.
- When is the deadline? Lets move in a few days before in case of delays.
- How many do you need? Is it more cost effective to do more or not?
- Do you have print ready artwork files? If not, we can help with this.
- What style of product do you need? Lets choose a larger barreled pen due to the amount of text and size of logo you have requested.
- Are there any strict budgets in place ( this will effect product choice and quantity, we work within your budget! )
Proof Time!
A free visual is created for you with up to 5 free amendments. This is a time for you to check the artwork, sizing, quantity, spelling, colour ( If Pantone )
My client did not think the text worked so we provided another proof, free of charge
Final Sign Off
The order is sent to print and managed carefully by our production manager. I ask that it be completed a day early as there are RM strikes and we factor in delivery times as a priority.
Order Completion
Order is complete. We had word the courier was running a day behind yikes so to save time we just hand delivered ourselves.
